οΌ. HOW TO COMMISSION ME:
β So youβve decided to commission me, great! Make sure to check my social media pages for the status on commission openings,β You can always dm me on Discord, Twitter or Instagram for more questions. So fell free to ask me questions or to just chat with me.β You can also see on my Trello how much commissions i have to do and see if I am busy or not,β Please be sure to read all of the TOS below before ordering.

οΌ. BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME:
β You must have a reference sheet or flat colored fullbody of your character already finished if you plan on commissioning me. Please make sure the image has easy to pick colors as well, I will not take low res pictures with indistinguishable colors/details. I won't wait for an image to be finished, so if you don't have one I will not hold a slot for you.

οΌ. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME:
β What type of commission (headshot, half body, fullbody, etc.),β Who you would like me to draw (send ref, or flat colored fullbody of your character),β What pose / theme you want and if I need to add any clothes, weapons etc.,β If you want it shaded etc.β Dont forget that I will charge extra if characters design is complicated!

οΌ. WIPS AND UPDATES:
β I will send you a sketch for approval before continuing, and I will not continue to work on it until after you've responded/approved.β When I will start drawing lines i will be not changing anything even if you will want new pose etc.

οΌ. DEADLINES:
β Commissions with a deadline need to be discussed before payment is sent. I will not accept large commissions with a turnaround time for less than a week.β I will not do deadline commission if i have to many other commissions!

οΌ. PAYMENT:
β All commissions are taken in EUR
Payment is required up front and via Paypal within 48 hours (however the soon the better).β Failure to pay within the first 48 hours of your purchase will result in your commission being canceledβ Payment plans are accepted, I may complete the sketch after receiving the initial payment, but will not complete a commission until the full amount has been paid.

οΌ. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
β I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time, for any reason. Including, but not limited to:
Poor communication, rude behavior, harassment, irl or health related issues, school, work, etc.,β A full refund will be made if your commission has not been started,β A 50% refund will be made if work has started on your commission,β You WILL NOT receive a refund after the artwork has been completed.

οΌ. ARTWORK USE AND RIGHTS:
β I have right to use my Artwork for commercial purposes,β You may only use commissioned artwork for NON PROFIT / PERSONAL use,β You are not allowed to sell my art,β I will be drawing in my art style and not in other artists art styles!β You are not allowed to use any of my art for any block-chain related technology. (This includes NFTs, Cryptocurrencies, etc.).

οΌ. MY DRAWING PROCESS:
β When you will commission me I will add you to my commission slot (u can see it on my Trello).β After I finish my other commissions (if I will have them) I will dm you and tell you that I will start working on your commission.β First you will need to pay within 48 hours then I will start drawing.β When you will pay I will start drawing your commission asap!β I will send you bunch of the wips and you will tell me if everything is ok .
β I will not contiune drawing if you will not respond to the wip I posted you.β When you will say that everything is good, I will contune drawing and i will be still posting wips to you to be sure that everything is ok.

β Fan art / gift art,
β Soft gore art (blood) or candy gore is ok,
β Couple scene commissions ( LGBT+ friendly),
β Most of the species (if I can't I will tell),
β Complicated character design (may cost extra usually not a lot).
